The Opportunity:

You will have the autonomy and scope to function as a true business partner, providing financial insight and strategic guidance to senior leaders and operational teams. You will be integral to steering decision-making, improving financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Role responsibilities will include:
Partnering with operational and site leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making.
Producing accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports to UK GAAP standards.
Monitoring key performance indicators, highlighting risks and opportunities, and driving improvements.
Delivering clear financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders to influence strategic direction.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
