Finance Business Partner Join to apply for the Finance Business Partner role at Co-op. Base pay range Finance Business Partner £60,000 to £65,000 (pro‑rata) plus excellent benefits, 1x 12‑month fixed‑term contract and 1x 8‑month fixed‑term contract. Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe). What you’ll do
Own financial planning, reporting and performance management for your area Partner with colleagues across the business to provide financial insight and challenge to drive the business forward Deliver cross‑functional projects with clear, data‑led analysis Use financial data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement Contribute to long‑term planning and forecasting Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different teams Continuously look for ways to improve our planning and reporting processes
What you’ll bring
A qualified or part‑qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Experience working in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial planning and reporting Confidence in working with stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial planning tools
