Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to drive performance.

Produce and analyse monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.

Support business planning processes and financial modelling for key projects.

Deliver clear, concise commentary to non-finance stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue growth.

Monitor key performance indicators and support operational improvements.

Collaborate with wider finance and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Strong commercial acumen with previous business partnering experience.
