Lead rigorous financial appraisal of business cases, Partner with Business Development and Commercial teams to assess new ventures and strategic partnerships Track post-investment performance and support the development of corrective action plans Strengthen governance processes and ensure compliance with delegated authority frameworks Improve financial models and automate investment reporting to enhance decision-making Finance Business partner with key budget holders, providing insightful analysis to help deliver pre-agreed outcomes

Demonstrated experience in investment appraisal, financial modelling, and evaluating business cases Display strong Finance Business Partnering capability and experience. Strong commercial judgement with the ability to assess strategic alignment and financial viability Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly present complex analysis A collaborative approach, with proven ability to work effectively across finance, commercial, and operational teams Advanced Excel skills Hold a recognised accounting qualification such as CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA.
