OverviewThe ONE Group are delighted to be recruiting for a fully qualified Finance Business Partner within a leading global organisation that’s shaping the future of its industry. You’ll be at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders, influencing key decisions, and driving performance across international markets. This role reports into the Head of Finance and mentors a junior team member.ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate monthly P&L reports in line with month end and communicate key drivers of results, variances and risks to stakeholdersMonthly balance sheet reconciliationsOwn and streamline global financial processes across key revenue streamsConsolidate and communicate global financial results (Revenue, Profit & Cashflow) to senior leadershipSupport quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities with key stakeholdersManage and develop a junior team memberRequirementsQualified ACA/ACCA/CIMAExperience in production of management & financial accountsExperience of managing/mentoring small teamsConfident communicator with commercial awarenessHybrid working: 3 days from home, 2 in the officeLocation: PeterboroughHours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pmHoliday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdownPension: Enhanced pension schemePrivate Medical InsuranceLife assurance 4x annual salaryApplicationIf you are interested in this role and would like more information or a confidential chat, please speak to Megan Lemmon at The One Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
