My client is in need of a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to help steer our success, on the journey of a large fusion project connecting two key business areas tomorrow. This is more than a numbers role - we're looking for someone who thrives on turning insight into action, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to shape strategy, drive performance, and deliver real value. What You'll Be Doing: Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing financial insights that support decision-making and growth Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and planning, aligning financial targets with business objectives Analyse key trends, risks, and opportunities - and challenge assumptions when needed Support strategic projects and investment appraisals Influence senior stakeholders through clear, impactful reporting and recommendations Collaborate with wider finance and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights Experience in retail or a fast-paced, customer-focused business is desirable
