Grafton Banks Finance is delighted to be working with a growing business in Chichester to find a Commercial Finance Business Partner. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to influence decision-making and drive profitability for the business. You will need to live near Chichester (West Sussex) to be considered for this role. The role
Work closely with the commercial team to deliver clear, accurate costing and margin analysis, to support pricing decisions. Help develop profitability strategies and commercial negotiations. Provide scenario modelling and financial guidance to senior stakeholders, enabling robust decision‑making. Contribute to the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting cycles, and timely management reporting. Support SLT to deliver strategic projects and systems improvements.
The candidate
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong commercial acumen. Advanced Excel skills; financial analysis and modelling. You’ll need to live near Chichester to be considered.
