Management Accountant (Finance Business Partner) The Company A growing FMCG manufacturing business with a strong five-year growth strategy is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner to support its expanding operations. The role will strengthen the finance team and play an important part in driving performance across the business. Role Purpose Reporting to the Financial Business Controller, you will take ownership of monthly management accounts, cost and margin analysis, and financial reporting. You will work closely with Operations, Commercial, and NPD teams, using financial insight to support decision-making across the UK and Europe. The role combines hands-on management accounting with value-adding business partnering and continuous improvement activity.
