Finance Business Partner | Public Sector | Yorkshire | Hybrid Working Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an initial 6 month basis (strong possibility for extension). The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing high quality financial support and constructive challenge to a diverse range of Budget Holders, activities, initiatives, and projects across the organisation. Responsibilities include; Taking a proactive approach in managing and delivering accounting services to Budget Holders Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, initiating and driving continuous improvement in service performance and efficiency Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that robust financial controls are in place, and that financial risk is understood Positively contributing to a customer-focussed Finance team Assisting the Head of Finance in the proactive review of Team activities The successful candidate; CCAB/CIMA Qualified Finance professional, or equivalent relevant experience Proven business partnering approach with the ability to build influential relationships with non-finance Ability to analyse complex financial information Public Sector Finance experience desirable ...
