Job Description

We are currently working with an established London based Recruitment firm who are looking to take on an experienced Financial Business Partner. The company are looking for an experiences FBP who can provide strategic and financial advice to support the decision making within the organisation and ultimately it's growth.


Responsibilities -

  • Collaborating with various heads of departments and SLT to ensure the financial growth and stability of the organisation.
  • Analysing financial data such as costs, revenues, profitability in order to pinpoint risks, trends and opportunities within the business.
  • Assisting the wider team with annual budgets and ongoing forecasting.
  • Engaging regularly with stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to liaise with SLT, finance professionals and communicate clearly with non-finance professionals.
  • Ensure the business' compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, regulations and financial accounting standards.
  • Working with various departments within the organisation in order to ensure operational efficiency whilst maintaining cost-savings.
  • Leading on improvements with automation in order to gain efficiency and accuracy within the business.
  • Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance is upheld.


For this role a background in the Legal or Professional Services industry is preferable, though not essential. Only candidates that are qualified will be considered for this role (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) will be considered for this position. A proven track record of successful time management, ability to juggle multiple tasks, problem solve and have strong communication skills is essential.


This role allows for flexible working with the successful candidate being required to work 3 days in their Central London based offices.
