About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and collaborative Financial Business Partner to join our Finance team in Ashford.This is an exciting time to join IC24 as we continue to evolve our Finance function to be more forward-looking, insight-driven, and connected across our organisation.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, youll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making.Youll work closely with managers and clinicians across our services to help them understand their numbers, plan effectively, and make financially sound choices that improve patient care.
This is a true business partnering role one where youll go beyond reporting to become a trusted advisor.Youll help teams build financial understanding, identify opportunities for efficiency, and translate complex information into actionable insights.If you enjoy variety, influencing change, and making a tangible difference through your work, this is the role for you.
