Finance Business Partner - Wissington (West Norfolk) Up to £60,000 + benefits | Hybrid (3-4 days onsite) We are supporting a major global manufacturing group in hiring a Finance Business Partner for their flagship Wissington site. This is a high-visibility, commercially focused role at the heart of a complex, fast-moving manufacturing operation. You'll work closely with production, engineering and operational leaders - turning data into insight, shaping decisions and driving performance. What you'll do:
Partner with senior operational teams and influence key decisions Provide clear commercial insight and challenge assumptions Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews Support core manufacturing finance processes (costs, stock, variances, works orders) Evaluate and support capital investment projects
About you:
Qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or operational finance Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on site environment
