Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare insightful commentary on monthly cash and portfolio performance reports. Develop financial KPI reports to assist in effective management. Oversee rolling cash flow forecasts and collaborate with the CEO on cash strategies. Produce board reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Act as a strategic partner, providing financial analysis for commercial initiatives. Support operational teams in maximising value and identifying risks. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including Board members and funders. Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering their professional growth.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: We're looking for a qualified Accountant for this role. Experience: Demonstrable post‑qualification experience, including producing management accounts and implementing effective controls. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commercial mindset. Personal Qualities: Positive, proactive, highly analytical, and able to communicate complex information clearly.
