Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from CMA Recruitment GroupRegional Director at CMA, working with businesses experiencing enhanced periods of growth & change and identifying the best talent for their finance…Finance Business Partner - £50,000 - £60,000 - Bracknell (hybrid working)About the OpportunityCMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering a highly acquisitive, private‑equity‑backed organisation undergoing rapid growth, who are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner.Working closely with a dynamic and commercially focused CFO, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making, driving financial performance, and ensuring robust financial oversight across new and existing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and long‑term financial plans.Develop and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts to support operational and investment decisions.Produce insightful financial analysis, KPIs, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and PE stakeholders.Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to operational teams, supporting them with financial insight to improve performance.Challenge assumptions, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimisation.Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and project teams.Acquisition & Integration SupportSupport financial modelling and due diligence for ongoing acquisitions.Assist with post‑acquisition integration, ensuring new entities are aligned with group financial processes and reporting standards.Provide financial oversight on project spend and investment cases.Project & Investment ControlMonitor capital expenditure, project budgets, and ROI analyses.Ensure robust tracking and governance around project spend, including presenting variances and corrective actions.Work closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decks.Reporting & CompliancePrepare accurate monthly management accounts, commentary, and variance analysis.Support the development of financial controls, processes, and systems as the business scales.Work collaboratively to meet PE reporting requirements and tight deadlines.Skills & ExperiencePart‑qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Experience working in a PE‑backed, fast‑paced, or growth environment (desirable).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into insight.Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging stakeholders.Highly proactive with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.What They OfferOpportunity to work directly with an exceptional, commercially driven CFO.Exposure to private equity stakeholders and M&A activity.Fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with significant career development prospects.The chance to make real impact in a purpose‑driven organisation.CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
