Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, we are seeking 3 analytically minded and commercially focused Finance Business Partners to join a growing, client-led professional services organisation who are setting up a new commercial finance function. These roles are a bridge between finance and operational teams, delivering high-quality financial insight and practical support that underpins decision‑making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior managers and service‑line leaders to support planning, pricing and resourcing decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for assigned business units.
Provide commercial insight on client profitability, utilisation, and project performance.
Develop dashboards and KPIs for operational teams and leadership reporting.
Support business cases for investment in technology, new service offerings and market expansion.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and assist with internal/external audit processes.
Candidate Profile
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
3–6 years’ post‑qualification or relevant finance experience, ideally gained in a professional‑services or project‑based environment.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability; experience with practice‑management or ERP systems advantageous.
Demonstrable business partnering skills with an ability to build relationships and influence non‑finance colleagues.
Commercially aware, proactive and eager to develop towards a senior business partnering role.
