With a current turnover of approximately £35m and a growing multi site footprint, the business is entering a sustained period of expansion, including new store openings and ongoing strategic development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a dynamic and growing retail business, where you will play a critical role in both strategic direction and operational delivery.This is a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive financial performance, support decision making and ensure robust financial control. The successful candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands on capability, helping to shape and deliver the companys growth plans while maintaining operational excellence across the finance function.Key RequirementsDemonstrable experience within the Retail sector, ideally within product led environmentsProven track record operating in a multi site business with responsibility across multiple locationsExperience working in organisations with turnover of £35m+Strong systems experience including proficiency in SageCommercially astute, with the ability to partner closely with senior leadership to influence business decisionsExpertise in managing cash flow, stock and margin within a retail environmentStrong financial planning and analysis capability, including budgeting, forecasting and performance trackingAbility to balance strategic oversight with hands on delivery where requiredExperience supporting business growth initiatives such as new site openings or expansion projectsDemonstrated leadership experience, including building, managing and developing finance teamsHigh level of attention to detail alongside the ability to operate at pace in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and support stakeholders across the businessPackageA salary of £70,000 - £90,000Bonus scheme worth 10 - 20% based on company performanceCar allowanceHybrid working available following initial onboarding period (3 months)3 Point Recruitmentare shortlisting for this role immediately with interviews taking place upon suitable application.JBRP1_UKTJ
