Your new role As Finance Director: A key member of the Executive Management Team and a strategic partner to the Group CEO and CFO Lead the finance function for the division across multiple subsidiaries Drive financial and operational performance Ensure robust financial controls Oversee core business systems, including ERP and financial software What you'll need to succeed Qualified Financial Controller/Finance Director (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong technical and commercial background Proven experience as a senior finance leader within a technology, software, or advanced engineering environment R&D accounting and cost control experience Experience managing multi-entity operations within a public company context Strong technical skills in IFRS and UK GAAP and UK tax legislation What you'll get in return Competitive salary Perfor...
