WeareseekingtoappointacommerciallyfocusedFinanceDirectortosupportthenextphaseofgrowthwithinthebusiness.Withacurrentturnoverofapproximately£35mandagrowingmultisitefootprint,thebusinessisenteringasustainedperiodofexpansion,includingnewstoreopeningsandongoingstrategicdevelopment.Thisisanexcellentopportunityforanexperiencedfinanceleadertojoinadynamicandgrowingretailbusiness,whereyouwillplayacriticalroleinbothstrategicdirectionandoperationaldelivery.
Thisisapivotalleadershiprole,workingcloselywiththeManagingDirectorandSeniorLeadershipTeamtodrivefinancialperformance,supportdecisionmakingandensurerobustfinancialcontrol.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbringbothstrategicinsightandhandsoncapability,helpingtoshapeanddeliverthecompanysgrowthplanswhilemaintainingoperationalexcellenceacrossthefinancefunction.

DemonstrableexperiencewithintheRetailsector,ideallywithinproductledenvironments
Proventrackrecordoperatinginamultisitebusinesswithresponsibilityacrossmultiplelocations
Experienceworkinginorganisationswithturnoverof£35m+
StrongsystemsexperienceincludingproficiencyinSage
Commerciallyastute,withtheabilitytopartnercloselywithseniorleadershiptoinfluencebusinessdecisions
Expertiseinmanagingcashflow,stockandmarginwithinaretailenvironment
Strongfinancialplanningandanalysiscapability,includingbudgeting,forecastingandperformancetracking
Abilitytobalancestrategicoversightwithhandsondeliverywhererequired
Experiencesupportingbusinessgrowthinitiativessuchasnewsiteopeningsorexpansionprojects
Demonstratedleadershipexperience,includingbuilding,managinganddevelopingfinanceteams
