Careermakers are currently recruiting for a Finance & HR Assistant to join a well-established and growing business based in Bury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within finance and HR in a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day finance tasks, including invoicing, purchase ledger, and payroll support

*

Supporting HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding

*

Maintaining accurate financial and HR documentation

*

Assisting with month-end processes

*

Handling confidential information in line with company policies

*

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a finance and/or HR support role

*

Strong organisational and administrative skills

*

Good attention to detail and accuracy

*

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Excellent communication skills
