Finance

Prepare budgets, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts
Monitor school fees, invoicing, and collections
Oversee payroll and payments
Support the annual audit and ensure VAT complianceOperations

Help maintain school buildings and facilities
Manage insurance and operational processes
Support improvements to financial systems and processesGovernance

Attend meetings with the Senior Management Team and governing bodiesHealth & Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain risk assessments and fire safety recordsHR Administration

Prepare staff contracts
Support pay reviews and reporting (including gender pay gap reporting)Person Specification

Essential

(ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience (PQ/Qualified)
Experience preparing budgets, management accounts, and forecasts xbpsjku
Strong communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Experience managing or supervising staffDesirable
