US & International Law Firm client | Banking & Finance (Leveraged Finance)

I’m currently working with two top tier US and international law firms, who are keen to speak with exceptional Banking & Finance lawyers.

The sweet spot is up to c. 5 PQE, though I would not rule out strong candidates slightly above or below this level.

The focus is on England & Wales qualified lawyers, ideally trained at a leading Magic Circle or top-tier international firm, who are looking to bring strong commercial judgement, technical depth, and deal experience into a growing team.

There is particular interest in leveraged finance experience, though broader banking and finance backgrounds will also be considered where the fit is right.
