Duties & Responsibilities In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of core financial processes and reporting: Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking using Xero. Manage VAT submissions, payroll coordination, and month-end cycles. Deliver timely, insightful management reporting and financial dashboards. Liaise with external accountants and support audit preparation. Drive process improvements using modern digital tools and platforms.
