Specialising in women's sportswear and equipment, this innovative and hugely inspirational international compamy are looking to add a hands on qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to their London finance team to help lead and drive to business forward during a key period of growth. This Finance Manager role will play a critical role in the supervision of the transactional finance team as well as supporting the FD with the forward-thinking process as the company plans and prepares for the next phase of their expansion and journey. Key Responsibilities will include but never be limited to the below tasks: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Budget Management: Maintain budget trackers and assist the Financial Director with the reforecasting process Budget Reviews: Conduct monthly or quarterly budget reviews with department heads, providing insights and recommendations.
