Finance Manager – Manufacturing Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) North Nottinghamshire £50-60k + Benefits We’re supporting a high growth manufacturing business with the appointment of a Finance Manager. This is a commercially focused finance role sitting close to operations, production and the Finance Director. This is a hands-on, site based position with real influence: owning the numbers, improving visibility around margins and working capital, and supporting confident decision making at both site and group level. The Opportunity Ideally suited to a Management Accountant or Finance Manager with experience operating in the manufacturing sector already. You’ll lead month end reporting, job costing and margin analysis, while partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and insight. It’s well suited to a qualified (Or nearly qualified) accountant who enjoys being embedded in the business, not just reporting the numbers, but explaining them, challenging them, and improving the processes behind them.
