A high net growth Pharmasutical SME based in Buxton looking for a Finance Manager

Your new company Your new company are a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical SME shaping the future of Healthcare. Due to an internal promotion, they're looking to bring in a Qualified Finance Manager to strengthen their team.

Your new role In your new role, you’ll lead and develop a talented small finance team while overseeing all core financial operations, including AP & AR, payments, and cash management. You will take full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, you’ll manage cash flow and treasury, produce high quality monthly and annual accounts, and deliver meaningful financial insight to operational, commercial, sales, and executive teams. Alongside driving an efficient month end and year end close, you’ll strengthen financial controls, streamline processes, and help build a finance function that supports scalable, sustainable growth. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this exciting role, you’ll be a fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong technical knowledge and proven experience operating within a fast paced, growing business. You’ll bring commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across the organisation. A hands on approach, strong leadership capability, and the ability to build robust financial controls and scalable processes will be essential, along with the resilience and adaptability needed to thrive in an ambitious SME environment.
