Finance Manager - VC Backed Digital Assets

Central London (1-2 days)


I’m partnering with a rapidly scaling, VC-backed technology business in the digital assets sector. They’re hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of building a global finance function from the ground up.


This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building, owning, and shaping a finance function that will scale globally.


Key Duties

  • Own month-end close, management accounts, and reporting
  • Lead group consolidations across multiple entities
  • Build and implement accounting processes, controls, and policies
  • Oversee AP/AR and end-to-end finance operations
  • Select and optimise ERP and finance systems
  • Coordinate tax, audit, and compliance across jurisdictions
  • Support leadership with commercial and financial insight


About You

  • Recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting experience with digital assets
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and finance systems
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Interest in digital assets/crypto
