Key Responsibilities: Manage financial operations across multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Coordinate and execute year-end close activities, including audit support and statutory account prep. Support and help drive a finance system migration, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants. Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of key activities such as journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial reporting in coordination with the wider finance team. Oversee and implement revenue recognition policies in line with IFRS/UK GAAP standards. Lead and manage billing processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
