Finance Manager Location : Stamford Salary : Up to £50k Hours : Full time - Office based 08:45 - 17:30

A finance professional who will drive continuous improvements to the day to day running of the department. A key team player who can work to deadlines with the ability to adapt to change and communicate at all levels to different stake holders Day to day activities/Key responsibilities: Responsible for all finance processes and procedures insuring they comply with accounting standards. Daily transaction processing including purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses and credit cards. Banking and cash responsibilities including the reconciliation on xero, payment of creditors and managing debtors. Daily cash reporting to leadership team. Month end accounts preparation and reporting to include accrual, prepayments, payroll, rebates and depreciation. Variance analysis Balance sheet reconciliations Quarterly VAT Returns Preparation of monthly reporting pack for board meetings Preparation of cash flow forecasts Liaise with HR company on the monthly payroll.
