The Role:
As Operational Finance Manager, youll be a hands-on member of the onsite management team, working closely with operations and leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing / processing environment.
Youll have end-to-end responsibility for the financial operations of the business, including:
Forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting

Cost control, inventory management, and cash flow oversight

Accounting, invoicing, and core accounting

Supporting operational decision-making

Building and leading the finance team as the business grows

What were looking for: Were looking for someone ambitious, adaptable and excited to grow alongside the company.
35 years experience in operational finance (food/meat manufacturing/processing experience is required).

ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified AAT

Strong Excel skills and experience with systems such as Xero, Sage, Netsuite, or similar ERP platforms

Confident communicator who can translate numbers into actions

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities in a growing business

Working Location:
Initially, this will be an onsite role (Monday to Friday) and you must live within commuting distance of Peterborough and/or the surrounding area.
This is an excellent chance to get in early and grow your role, influence the business and to build the Finance team as the business scales.
