This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to take a lead role in financial reporting, planning and control across a multi-entity group. Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager: Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, group consolidation, and financial reporting across all entities. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and FRS 102 standards. Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures. Oversee cash management and support forecasting and treasury activities. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis. Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making. Manage the statutory accounts process and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and internal processes.
