A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a highly established and experience Metal Supplier in Atherstone as they hire for a Finance Manager to join their dedicated team. This company pride themselves on being dynamic and fast moving and have established a strong reputation within the automotive sector

The finance manager will be leading the business across their P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash Flow, assisted by 2 members of staff. This is a crucial role to the dynamic and success of the company. Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

* Lead financially across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
* Manage the Finance department including a small number of staff.
* Own month end processes and oversee balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
* Analyse and review departmental Profit & Loss accounts to monitor financial performance
* Provide Weekly Financial Performance Reports for Senior Management.
* Monitor Stock Transactions And Assist With Part By Part Analysis.
* Oversee debtor and creditor management, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and improving working capital.
* Liaise with our Invoice Finance Company regarding funding and providing monthly reconciliations
* Manage external audits and be the main contact for statutory HMRC reporting from our Sage Line 100 system.
* Lead and develop the accounts team to drive high performance and accuracy.
* Coordinate the weekly payroll process with various departments within the business.

Finance Manager Job Requirements

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
* Proven track record in a senior finance role, ideally within the manufacturing sector (but not essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Technically proficient in Sage (or similar systems) and highly confident in Excel

Finance Manager Job Remuneration

* Salary dependant on experience, ranging from £(phone number removed)
* Hybrid working
* Standard holiday allowance, plus bank holidays
* Work place pension and sick pay
