Your New Role as Finance Manager:

Working closely alongside Directors, as Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of monthly management accounts preparation • Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial models • Variance analysis and trends analysis, offering insight as required • Utilising financial data for scenario planning, to aid strategic decision making • Support HODs to allocate and monitor budgets • KPI monitoring • Implementing and enhancing financial systems, procedures and robust controls • Management of all invoicing, credit control and company payroll
