As Finance Manager - (Controls & Reporting), you'll play a key role in strengthening financial control and reporting, with real scope to influence how the function operates. It's a practical role where you can make a visible impact. How you'll make an impact Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team Own the month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Review management accounts and maintain general ledger integrity Build and embed a robust financial control framework Deliver statutory reporting and support external requirements Manage audits and act as a key contact for auditors Partner with finance teams to improve processes and reporting Support budgeting and forecasting with reliable financial data Drive continuous improvement across financial control and reporting

Why you're a great fit

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Strong experience in financial control, month-end and management accounts Proven experience leading and developing a team Track record of improving processes and implementing controls Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams Able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines Experience with statutory reporting and audit management - desirable Interest in systems, automation and process improvement (e.g. Power Apps) - desirable
