We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Senior Manager. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision‑making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers. What You’ll Do

Partner with business leaders helping them to make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade‑offs Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts Build out business reporting metrics and dashboards to support decision‑making Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long‑term strategic plan Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities Lead and engage on cross‑functional strategic projects

Experience And Skills

A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline 6+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company Technology industry experience in FP&A or strategic finance a plus Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, with strong modeling experience Ability to work autonomously Ability to influence proceedings in a fast moving organisation Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data
