Experienced Finance Manager (Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE) required for a successful, well-established business in Sheffield: flexible working + non-contractual bonus + healthcare + additional employee benefits. This is a newly created role to support the Financial Controller with all aspects of management and financial reporting while managing a small transactional team: Assisting with the full month-end close process including management accounts, stock valuation, balance sheet reconciliations and other reporting, ensuring completion within strict group reporting deadlines. Assist with the preparation and reporting of budgets and forecasts. Reviewing finance systems and processes. Supporting with cashflow management. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of the accounting ledgers. Other ad hoc duties as required. The person: Experience within a group-structured entity is desirable. Staff management and the ability to lead a team is required. Strong communication skills are essential to develop and maintain working relationships internally and externally, with finance and non-finance people.
