Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join an exciting Retail company experiencing steady growth based in Frome. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive: £50,000 - £60,000 plus excellent benefits Role responsibilities will include but not limited to: Maintain strong accounting controls and ensure all transactions are processed in purchase ledger and sales ledger with team of three direct reports Preparation of good quality management accounts to present back to the CEO Review and submit VAT returns Maintain and update a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, identifying variances and advising management on cash requirements Produce regular management reports for the CEO as part of the companies management team, providing insights on financial performance, cash flow, and company and project profitability Support the preparation of annual accounts and regulatory returns in conjunction with external auditors and management accounts teams Monitor company bank accounts and cash balances daily, flagging any issues to management and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs Person specification: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE Proven experience in a similar role, with exposure to management accounting, credit control...
