Your New Role As Financial Controller, you ll lead a team of four and take ownership of the finance function. Managing the annual audit and liaising with external auditors. Preparing consolidated management accounts and statutory financial accounts. Monitoring and forecasting cashflow to support acquisitions and growth. Leading, mentoring, and developing your finance team. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of both financial and management accounting. Experience in consolidated reporting and audit management. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
