The Role
In this Financial Operations Manager Job, you will oversee a transactional team (AP) and (AR) teams, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by integrating some core process. The business is at an exciting stage in their journey growing, evolving and strengthening its financial infrastructure to support long-term scalability. Cash, controls and operational visibility have never been more important. And thats where you come in.
As Financial Operations Manager youll have the full autonomy to make this a best in class environment. To define what best practice looks like. To put robust, scalable processes in place and ensure they genuinely work from start to finish.
Youll be trusted to take ownership. To challenge where needed. To operate with a firm but fair approach. To bring conviction to your decisions and be able see them through to completion.
This is a role for someone who understands what a strong end-to-end transactional process should look like, enjoys testing it, refining it, and embedding it. Someone who doesnt just identify improvements but drives them through to completion.
Your role as Operational Finance Manager will cover ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing, supplier payments and customer collections are all working as they should be both from a people perspective and a process perspective. You will own all month end close processes related to transactional finance. You will also run a number of projects, including identifying inefficiencies and identify measurable improvements and leading automation initiatives. You will work closely with a number of stakeholders across the business, all driving impactful change collaboratively.

Experience
Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Or Qualified by Experience
3+ years experience in transactional finance management
Experience in High Volume, multi Entity environment preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same
