Robert Half are partnering with a fast growing, diverse business in the financial services industry to place a full-time finance operations manager within the finance and operations team in its central London offices.Our client is an FCA regulated boutique firm specialising in capital formation for international asset managers, including private equity, venture capital, buyout, real assets, credit, distressed, secondary, infrastructure and emerging markets funds.The successful finance operations manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate books and records, processing invoices and expenses, managing PAYE and payroll administration, and supporting monthly financial reporting processes. They will also have executive assistant and office administration duties. The role is 5 days per week in the office, with competitive remuneration and benefits.Candidates for the financial operations manager role should be proficient in Xero and have an AAT qualification as a minimum.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial RecordsMaintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping using XeroProcess supplier invoices and ensure appropriate approvalsRaise and reconcile sales invoicesMaintain general ledger integrity and chart of accounts disciplinePerform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain fixed asset registerEnsure clean audit trail and supporting documentationExpenses & PaymentsProcess employee expense claims in line with company policyManage supplier payment runsMonitor aged payables and receivablesLiaise with suppliers regarding payment queriesPayroll & PAYEAdminister payroll (including PAYE, NI, pensions and statutory deductions)Coordinate with external payroll providers where applicableEnsure timely RTI submissio
