The Incentives to the Role - Finance Recruitment Consultant
£ 30k base salary + commission on top!
Average earnings in year 1 = £50k.
40% commission structure with no threshold, allowing you to maximise your earning potential!
1-2 days working from home target based
25 days paid holiday + 2 weeks at Christmas

The Job Role - Finance Recruitment Consultant
Cold calling, headhunting, advertising, job boards, networking
Sourcing your own clients and candidates, showing youre an expert in your space and persuading them to work with you
Become the middleman, organising interviews, relaying feedback and advising on interview techniques
Negotiate the offer and fee size
Secure the offer and make a placement to earn your commission!
The Ideal Candidate Finance Recruitment Consultant
Sales experience B2B, cold calling, commission based, client facing
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
Charismatic
Articulate and well spoken
Personable and a people-person
Financially driven
Hard worker with evidence
