The Incentives: Finance Recruitment Consultant
£ 28k base salary + 40% commission
OTE in year 1 70k
Promotion within 6 months this comes with a pay rise to £ 30k

The Candidate We Want: Finance Recruitment Consultant
Intelligent 2:1 or above from a top university
Minimum BBB at A Level
A strong sports background, playing to a high level
Evidence of hard work Had a job from a young age and worked throughout education
Financially driven A reason why you want to earn good money
Charismatic and salesy
The job is a sales-based role that is extremely competitive and fast paced.
You will be cold calling and headhunting senior professionals into their dream role.
The training is strong , so you will gain good insights into the finance sector.
