This recruitment firm is one of the leading headhunting brands for HUGE companies such as HMRC and JP Morgan. Working on roles exclusively, you will become the most entrusted and specialist recruitment consultant in the financial services.
Joining with a cohort of 6, you will be taught by the Founder of the company, a well established and chatty bloke who has been in recruitment for over 20 years. You will learn from the best and get in-depth feedback throughout.
With the ability to be able to take home £ 60k+ by year 2, this industry is one to join if you want to earn good money quickly and see the progression you deserve when you put in the hard work.
The Incentives - Finance Recruitment Consultant
£ 27.5k base with an increase to £ 32.5k once promoted to consultant
OTE in Year 1 £45k+
50% commission structure to MAXIMISE your earning potential
Promotion within 6 months of being with the company
