Job Description
Finance Systems & ERP Manager
London (3 to 4 days onsite)
Client is open to both contract and permanent
Overview
An opportunity to lead and enhance ERP systems and finance platforms within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and IT, ensuring system improvements align with compliance and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP configuration across NetSuite and integrated systems Drive system and process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality Deliver new features, functionality and compliance aligned changes, including GxP, GAMP and CSV Support continuous optimisation of ERP processes, controls and governance Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Requirements
Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365 Background across Finance, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing in pharmaceutical or medical environments Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including GxP, GAMP and CSV Excellent stakeholder engagement, process analysis and requirements gathering skills
