The Finance Systems Manager is responsible for managing, optimising, and supportingSage Intacctand related financial systems within a UK insurance business. This role ensures that finance technology supports regulatory compliance, improves operational efficiency, and enhances reporting capabilities. The role requires strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and external vendors to drive system enhancements and automation.What Youll Be DoingOwn and administer the organisations core finance systems, primarilySage Intacct, ensuring data integrity and system performanceMaintain and improve chart of accounts, workflows and reporting structuresDrive automation and efficiency across finance processes and reportingSupport the month-end and reporting cycle by ensuring systems support accurate and timely financial informationLead system upgrades, integrations and enhancements, including finance system optimisation projectsWork closely with Finance and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvementsSupport the use and optimisation of procurement and expense platforms such asYoozand similar toolsProvide training, guidance and documentation to finance and operational usersManage relationships with external vendors and system consultantsWhat Were Looking ForExperience in a Finance Systems Manager, Systems Accountant, Finance Transformation or similar role.
