We're delighted to be supporting a global SaaS giant with their search for a Finance Systems Trainer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to combine their strong accounting knowledge with a passion for helping customers get the most out of finance technology.


You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their post-implementation journey - delivering engaging training sessions, supporting best practice accounting processes, and becoming a trusted expert in the platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of post-implementation sessions, assisting customers with standard accounting processes
  • Lead engaging training sessions, drop-in workshops, and refresher courses for users
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests and customising sessions dependent on customers needs
  • Develop training materials
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers queries related to finance processes
  • Continuously build your knowledge surrounding finance software and ERP solutions


Skills & Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of finance software or ERP systems
  • Experience delivering training on SaaS finance software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes, including month-end, VAT returns, and year-end procedures
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence delivering training, presentations and workshops
  • Proficient with MS office applications


Occasionally travel across the UK or internationally may be required.
