This division of a global manufacturing business provides specialist products and solutions to a range of sectors with a focus on sustainability and innovation. As part of this global commitment to continuous improvement they are embarking on a significant ERP implementation and are seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant to support the finance team on site. The role will be offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis (12-18m) and will report into the Site Financial Controller, providing cover for other team members seconded onto the ERP project. Your core responsibilities will be: Supporting month end close process, journals, balance sheet recs etc. Management and control of accounts receivable Optimising cashflow and minimise outstanding debt Assist with accounts payable and expenses processing Preparation of quarterly VAT submissions Process inter-company accounting transactions Support the annual financial audit Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Support and develop other team members Assist with ERP rollout and new payroll system You will be joining the company at a busy and exciting time s...
