What Youll Be Doing
As Financial Accountant, youll provide strategic financial support to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering timely and accurate financial and management reporting in partnership with the Group Financial Controller.
Managing tax processes and liaising with external advisors to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
Assisting with cash management and forecasting, including funding requirements and group cash flow analysis.
Leading the production of year-end statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory deadlines.
Overseeing and evolving finance policies, procedures, and internal audit frameworks.
Supporting financial activities for associated entities and investments.
Managing and developing finance systems to ensure accurate, accessible data for stakeholders.
Driving simplification and automation of financial records and processes.
Deputising for the Group Financial Controller when required, ensuring continuity in reporting and consolidations.
Who Were Looking For
A detail-focused and collaborative finance professional who thrives in a multifaceted environment. Youll bring:
A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience, ideally in a group or multi-entity setting.
Strong working knowledge of financial systems and processes.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
