Financial Accountant

Permanent | Full time Location: Southwark, London Hybrid working available Salary: £60,500 - £63,800k per annum

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, strong controls and sound financial governance in an organisation where accuracy and integrity really matter.

As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining robust financial records and supporting the delivery of accurate reporting, audit and compliance activities. Working closely with the executive finance lead and partnering with the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the organisation's financial records, supporting the preparation of financial statements, managing the general ledger, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. You'll also have line management responsibility for two direct reports, giving you valuable leadership exposure.

Key responsibilities include:
