Key Responsibilities Supporting and servicing an existing portfolio of high-earning professionals and business owners
Attending joint client meetings and gradually taking the lead on relationships
Preparing and delivering high-quality, advice-led financial planning
Collaborating with paraplanning and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Contributing to events, referrals, and broader business development activity
Developing your technical knowledge, advice skills, and professional qualifications
This role is ideal for someone who values suitability, long-term planning, and exceptional client outcomes above short-term wins.

Qualifications & Experience Essential Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, LIBF/IFS, CISI or equivalent) completed or near completion
Strong understanding of FCA regulation, suitability and financial planning principles
Experience within a regulated financial advice or wealth management environment
Proven client-facing experience and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships
Commitment to professional ethics and delivering outstanding client outcomes
