Location: BS1 6QF, Bristol, Avon, South West, UKThis rapidly growing Financial Planning firm provide high-quality, comprehensive advice to individuals, families and businesses across the UK and are looking for an experienced Advisor to join their Bristol office on an employed basis to service an existing client bank.Role and ResponsibilitiesBuild sustainable relationships with clientsComplete annual reviews within required timescalesIdentify and assess clients needsWrite new business from carrying out annual reviews with existing clients Obtain and record the required meet regulatory KYC and suitability requirements.Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process client accounts and file documentsThis role is desk-based with meetings conducted via phone and Teams.
